What to do when you arrive

Firstly, have a look at the Glyndwr University Plas Coch site map.

If you are arriving during the scheduled conference programme (that's 1600 to 2100 on Monday 5th September or 0730-1800 on Tuesday 6th September) report to main reception (Point F on the site map). Delegates requiring university accommodation will be taken directly to the Student Village to collect their keys.

Delegates requiring university accommodation and arriving outside these hours should go directly to the Student Village (Point B on the site map) and register the next day or at the earliest opportunity. Keys can be collected from the security office outside conference hours (on the entry road between points A and B on the site map); however, please inform us in advance if you are going to arrive at night so that preparations can be made.

The conference itself will take place around the William Aston Foyer (approximately point I on the map).
